How It Works

• Monthly subscription only

• Subscribe anytime during the month to receive that month’s Mystery Bag, while supplies are available.

• For example, if you subscribe anytime between September 1–30, your first bag will be the September Mystery Bag.

• Your subscription will then renew automatically on the 15th of each following month.

• Mystery Bags are prepared and shipped after monthly renewals are processed. Please allow time for curation, packing, and fulfillment.

What’s Inside?

Each Mystery Bag contains approximately four bead-related items. Your bag may include beads, cabochons, chain, findings, shells, or other small creative supplies.

This is a small $15 bag intended to add something new to the supplies you already own. It is not a complete project kit or a large supply haul.

When will I be charged?

Bags ship after the 15th, once renewals are processed and curation is complete. Shipping timing may vary slightly each month.

Can I choose colors or request specific items?

No—Mystery Bags are fully surprise-based. Specific requests or preferences cannot be accommodated.

Can I cancel or skip a month?

Yes. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through your customer account before the 15th to avoid being charged for the next month. 

Are Mystery Bags refundable?

No. Due to the surprise nature of this product, Mystery Bags are non-refundable.

Please note that all cancellations on the day of renewal will not be refunded.
